Enoch says the "24-hour" Day begins at Sunrise

In this video I explain the 1st part of the 1st Law of the Luminaries is that the Sun Rises and he 2nd Part of the 1st Law is the Sun sets. I then use this to propose and explain the sunrise start to the "24-hour" full day.
